This is a delightful hotel! Located in the heart of Rander's old neighborhood, it's charming and walkable, but with lots of shopping and dining options very close. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay something we will remember.

Hvis man skal bo i Randers, kan man lige så godt gøre det ordentligt. Vi bookede Kongesuiten på Hotel Randers — og ja… den var lidt peberet. Men hold nu op, hvor var det alle pengene værd. Værelset var som taget ud af en anden tid på den helt rigtige måde. Oldschool, klassisk og smukt uden at blive støvet. Fantastiske senge, flotte møbler og et badeværelse, der fik én til at overveje at blive boende permanent. Men det bedste var faktisk servicen. En korthåret kvindelig receptionist (fik desværre ikke hendes navn) leverede noget af det bedste værtskab, jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Hun klarede alt med et smil — fra isterninger til sikkerhedsnål og endda gratis sen checkout. Den slags service findes næsten ikke længere. Alt i alt: det bedste vi oplevede i Randers… kun meget tæt forfulgt af den kærlige velkomst på den lokale pub fra en lettere seni-suspekt type, som virkede oprigtigt interesseret i både vores velbefindende og eventuelle kontantbeholdning. 10/10.
