This is a delightful hotel! Located in the heart of Rander's old neighborhood, it's charming and walkable, but with lots of shopping and dining options very close. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay something we will remember.

Lækkert og moderne/ nyistandsat hotel. Sød receptionist. Rent og stille værelse, gode senge, dejligt med to semi-adskilte rum. Man kunne måske overveje en decideret dør i åbningen mellem dem. Dejligt stort badeværelse med både bruser og kar. Vi savnede dog mere afsætningsplads. Godt med vandkoger - men i et rum til 3-4 personer må der godt være mere end to portioner kaffe. Vi prøvede ikke morgenmaden, da den kostede 3 gange så meget som en kop kaffe og en bolle hos Lagkagehuset. Til gengæld virkede aftensmad via roomservice ikke urimelig dyrt.

Hotel Randers er et glimrende hotel med pæne, velindrettede værelser. Sengene er gode, sæberne lækre, og vigtigst af alt er der dejligt stille på værelserne – især dem, der vender ud mod gården. Beliggenheden er perfekt, lige midt i centrum, og personalet er både imødekommende og meget venlige. Til gengæld lever morgenmaden ikke helt op til niveauet - især når prisen tages i betragtning. Brødet er tørt og kedeligt, juicen smager af billig koncentrat, og de blødkogte æg er iskolde. Her er der tydeligt plads til forbedring. Hotellets restaurant serverede dog en rigtig god aftensmad, og betjeningen var i top. Alt i alt er det formentlig det bedste hotel i Randers - blot med et klart forbedringspotentiale på morgenmadsfronten.
