Cordial and friendly staff. Dirty low quality lobby furniture. Great breakfast. Room very small furnishings low quality not comfortable for two to sit and talk. Minibar not stocked. Cigarettes burn on back of desk chair.

We went there for owe honeymoon 4 years ago I loved it. So this year we deside that we go me and wife and my baby girl together and it was even better

Nicely located on a hill in a calm area.

Very nice hotel located on a hill. The lobby is huge and you feel at home being warmly welcome. The rooms are quite big and all amenities well maintained. The breakfast is quite copious and can be made within the local taste if you wish to do so.

World Class Comfort in Heart of Ramallah

I have to sy that this hotel is the most comfortable place I've stayed in Palestine or Israel. The staff is excellent and helpful and I would gladly return for a longer visit.
