We were greeted at the front by a very helpful young man who gave us parking info, valet or public parking around the back of the hotel, and then helped us unload, check-in, correct I mistake I had made when making the reservation, helped get our luggage to the room and answered questions we had about the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The only negative thing was the ice maker on the third floor was having trouble keeping up with demand. I seem to have this issue with most hotels I stay at for some reason. Ice was next to the open stairwell. So, the second floor ice machine was only a few steps away. A beautiful old hotel with great staff. We can't wait to return when the weather gets a little cooler.

The hotel was absolutely amazing ! From the moment we arrived and escorted out of our uber to the foyer and given champagne it was dreamy. The staff are so friendly and helpful! The hotel art display is gorgeous The rooftop had wonderful cocktails and delicious bites!! We were so close to the ocean, many fabulous restaurants and wonderful sights. Our last morning we rose at 6am and waked 5 mins to the pineapple fountain and Ocean front to see the sunrise. The hotel held our bags as we had an afternoon flight I honestly loved everything about the Vendue. I would highly recommend if you love stay in the historic district !!
