Very poor conditions, dirty, bad smell, sticky floor, shower had rust and was dirty with spills. smelled like homeless. Alarm went off the whole building for around 20 min at 3:00am. Got there at 10:30 and ended up getting checked in at 11:00pm. Was never able to sign into the wifi. There was cockroches in the countertops and bathroom.

I needed some help at around 10pm, I reached out to the front desk. Though there was staff at the front desk they kept mentioning they are closed and I should come back the next morning. The hotel floor (inside the room and corridor) was extremely dirty.

I had a terrible experience at WoodSpring Suites Raleigh Apex. The room was dirty — there was hair on the sheets, a broken chair, a moldy shower head, and both the shower and towels were filthy. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so much so that I couldn’t sleep all night. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. This place is a complete disaster. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The property was close to family and friends. The cleanliness however left a lot to be desireed especially the bathroom. The tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and the toilet was getting the same look. I was there for two werks and no one came in to clean or check on the supplies invluding the towels
