I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Raleigh for business. The staff is very friendly, I love the Starbucks in the lobby (opens at 5 am!) and the restaurant offers delicious meals. You can’t go wrong at the Westin!

I had a great stay at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. One of the highlights was the fantastic gym on the 10th floor, with plenty of cardio equipment and amazing views. The rooftop terrace with the small pool was also a really nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely stay here again.

This was very convenient! We are a family of 4 with a 6 and 2 year old and needed a decent place to spend the night to split our long road trip. Very clean and comfortable. Only disappointment for me was that I went to have breakfast at the restaurant and it was only a buffet option when there was a listed à la carte menu. Staff was very friendly.

I didn’t have hot water in my first room it’s took them 5 hours to move me to another room. No one ever said I’m sorry. The woman said I’ll contact maintanance. I never heard an update from then on. The men at the hotel were very nice and customer service focused. The women were very rude and unconcerned and unhelpful. I constantly had to keep calling to check the status of my room. I booked through Expedia. I included breakfast they told me it wasn’t included. I had to literally pull up the email to show her. I just got my receipt and I was still charged for breakfast. This is my first time in Raleigh and I’ve read so many good things about this hotel need less to say I won’t be returning. For this to be a new hire I wasn’t very impressed.
