This property was wonderful, I had 5 rooms for two days as my family was in town for a wedding. Brianna at the front desk was amazing, courteous, accommodating and friendly with us throughout our stay. There were two other ladies there, as well, who were also very helpful and courteous; I didn’t get their names. The hotel is pretty new, all rooms were clean and comfortable. There is laundry in the premises and a gym. Cameras throughout made us feel safe. I’d definitely stay again while in the area and recommend 100%.

The room was clean. The bed decent. Pillows great. Large refrigerator and regular microwave but zero dishes. They have a cooktop but nothing at all to eat with. Bring everything you need. Coffee downstairs was nice. None in room. Water pressure was the worst part. The tub had great pressure but they installed these cheap water saving shower heads so its like your being watered by a flower sprinkler. Very low pressure. Overall for price easy stay for a few days.

Travelers should be aware that this property is quite far from most attractions and amenities. It appears to function more like an extended-stay or temporary housing property for families rather than a traditional hotel. The rooms were clean, but the accommodations were very basic and low-budget. My biggest concern is that the property was not accurately represented or advertised. If you’re expecting a traditional hotel experience based on the listing, this is not it. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Cockroaches in room and a dirty bedspread. Coffee empty on last day at 8:30am no creamer. Staff was very friendly but no resolve for cockroaches. I should be refunded. I’ve stayed on Hilton properties 6 times in the past year and never had this problem. Also if they offered a kitchen it was completely stocked with dishes,glasses and silverware. We won’t be back to this facility.

I didn’t like it. My room smelled like a bar of soap, and not the good soap (it was a terrible smell). We paid extra for a kitchenette, but the kitchenette didn’t have ANY utensils at all. Not even one. The shower pressure was weak, and they only provided one shampoo sample, no conditioner. No milk by the coffee machine either. Pros, ACs worked well, there is EV charging.

We got there at 5:45 and they had ZERO rooms clean or available. They were writing down names on a list to let them know when a room might be available. They had no clue when we would be able to check in. To make matters worse: The manager LEFT THE FRONT DESK and went home having straightened out none of the issues. The young man at the desk was frustrated and left helpless. We legitimately felt sorry for him because it was clear his manager was out of her depth and didn’t seem to care that she leaving him in a mess. We had to find new lodging because we had to be at an event by 7:00 and needed to get dressed. It was completely unacceptable. There were no less than 5 people waiting for a room. Some had bookings that they’d made several weeks in advance. We were told we would receive a refund. I will be following up. This was ludicrous.
