The gentleman at the front desk was amazing. The obly issues inhad was there were crumbs all throughout the sofa and in the pull out sofa bed and the drain in the tub barely drained.

I stayed here while my mother was recovering from cancer treatment. The entire staff was so nice to me and the hotel was clean with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend

Lovely place

My room was immaculately clean and roomy. Front desk personnel were super polite. Bed was wonderful. Had their included buffet breakfast the morning before i left. Lots of healthy choices. Would definitely stay here again. I am a female traveling solo and the area felt very safe. They have many cameras they keep an eye on.

Meet my expectations

I was very impressed with this hotel! All staff I encountered was friendly & smiling, breakfast bar was better than most, rooms was clean & loved that I was able to cook. This will be my go to spot when I’m in town!

The property was quiet and tucked back from the highway tho remained convenient. While I appreciate the large bed I am short in height and it was difficult to get in and out of the bed.

CHECK IN.

We arrived at 11:45pm. And we got our keys and noticed our door had a “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on it. So we thought “maybe they just forgot to take it off from the previous.” NO. We walked in on a poor woman sleeping at midnight. I have a video for proof.

Rm 226 needs to be cleaned. Horrible smell inside (mildew /musty). Stains all over the yellow chairs. Tub was clogged in the king bedroom and tiolet kept flushing on its own. No hand soap in the bathrooms. Cigarette burns in the drapes. Only stayed one night and that was to many. Staffed snaked the tub and took out a large mound of hair. Breakfast was good though.

This is designed as a residence facility with a suite outfitted with kitchen, microwave and frig/freezer. Not what I needed but that's the way it came. BUT neither TV worked satisfactorily. One LG had a flickering screen, only intermittently viewable; the other only would give access to music channels. I got my Roku to work with the second one. I notified front desk for their information, but didn't want the hassle of a fix.

Poor Ownership maintenance

There are two elevators at this property. Upon speaking with several employees, I understand that one of the two has not worked in six months or so. So guests have to wait on the one elevator. The elevator was making terrible noises and even bucking before it arrived at my floor. I reported this to the front desk ( they were already aware). They said that the service company would be there by 9pm that night. We had to walk up to our room on the 4th floor. The next day the elevator was working for a while but again broke down, The mgmt just put sigh up on the elevator doors apologizing for the inconvenience. Again we had to climb the steps every time we had to go in or out of our room. I'm a senior citizen with a history of heart issues and bad knees to make my issue even worse. Horrible experience.

The hallways all smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The phone in the room didn't work at all. The regular lock on our door didn't work. The shower sprayed water everywhere. The room had a distinct musty smell. The guest across the hall had a dog that barked continuously. The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable. The best part was how nice the staff was.
