The property was clean and recently updated. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. My only complaint, was that the beds were “rock hard” and not comfortable.

Great stay but smelly stay.

While the hotel itself was nice for the price, my main complaints are I smelled cigarettes the entire time I was there. Every time I left my room, it reeked of cigarettes in a NON SMOKING hotel. Also, we did not get cleaning services at all while there. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights.. ran out of tissue and towels multiple times. We always saw the housekeepers cleaning other rooms but never cleaned ours

I loved that they had breakfast but our bed base was kind of moving everywhere when we would sit on the bed and the bed skirt had black skid marks on it and crumbs and dirt. And there wasn't enough outlets there was just one on one side of the bed but overall the service was great checking in was a little rocky because they put a hold on my account and it took money that it shouldn't had take but the receptionist fixed it and we were able to check in smoothly after that our bathroom door kept getting stuck if we slid is all the way back cause there wasn't a handle on it

Not bad, but not good either

Upon arrival the bathroom didn't seem like it had been fully cleaned/set. The toilet was soiled, there wasn't an extra toilet paper roll, the handtowels weren't hung on the loops by the sink, and only 1 soap was provided. The shower door in the bathroom was installed incorrectly and needed to be lifted up to close correctly in order to not flood the floor. There weren't any electrical outlets near the bed, very strange. Breakfast was good, the bed was good, and the room was spacious. You need to make an appointment at the front desk to have your room cleaned.

There’s better options elsewhere.

Was not a fan of the property. The only reason why I am not leaving a brutal review of this hotel is that the lady at the front was extremely nice and her hotel is crud so she could only fix a few things. I had two different rooms because the first one, the AC didn’t work because the unit was old. The second room the ac worked but the bed had a spring in the mattress coming loose so it was super uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was a solid stream but no power behind it. If you’re over 6’4 325 pounds, the shower will be too small and the chair in the room will break right under you. Honestly? Should’ve spent $20 more and snagged the holiday inn express right around the corner. I’m not saying to avoid the property, just know the lobby is very updated, but the rooms look like they’re from the late 1990s

NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!

I wish I could rate this hotel but unfortunately I can't. After a long 8 hour drive, I was looking forward to a comfortable room and a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the PET FRIENDLY hotel I thought I had booked wasn't PET FRIENDLY at all. I was refused accommodations. Mind you, we were trying to check in at midnight. The clerk on duty refused to allow my dog the night's stay saying that they HAD CHANGED THEIR STATUS. Well, that's all well and good but if it's NOT ON THE INTERNET how the hell am I supposed to know that??? The clerk recommened another hotel in the area which under the circumstances seemed like a good choice. Unfortunately it was more of a flop house than a hotel. Used condoms in the bureau! Dirty trash in the room and no towels in the bathroom. This wasn't the vacation I expected!!!

Kept my $400

I had a couple roaches in my room and someone that worked there stole some of my boyfriend clothes and pair of shoes. Then I got kicked out of my room after I just paid for 4 more nights and didn’t get refunded. The reason I got kicked out is bc the owner found out after a month of me staying there that I had a cat and he said there was a no pet policy eventho the other employees knew I had my cat there and it was ok and there was several other dogs that were there bc I saw them being walked!! They did me so wrong and only gave me an hour to get everything out knowing I had to be at work in 10 minutes so I was late for work!!

The room I checked into had broken glass on the bed. There had been a picture hanging above the headboard that had fallen off the wall and there were shards of broken glass in the bed. Unfortunately, I didn’t see this glass until I laid down on it because the room was dark. I got scrapes on my arm as a result. The clerk at the desk was very helpful, assigned me a new room, and checked on me a couple of times to make sure I wasn’t injured badly. On an unrelated note, while walking to the new room the fire detector in the hall is chirping and needs replacement batteries. Facilities might need some attention.
