The room was clean, neat. The front desk staff was always polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had abundant offerings and the fitness room/ facilities was spacious, clean, well maintained. Would definitely stay at this Marriott again.

Its a very nice hotel in a very convenient location. The front desk is exceptional and the pool and gym were great. It was busy when I stayed there so it might not be optional if you are looking for peace and quiet. It was also a great price! Excellent work Mariott!

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is also fantastic, especially if you enjoy being able to walk to shops and restaurants. Crabtree Valley Mall is right across the street and easily within walking distance. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

There is a community microwave instead of each room having their own, reminded me of college. The balcony I paid for faced towards nothing….not even trees had a view of the top of the ceiling. TV was mounted so we couldn’t connect an HDMI to play additional games and was told it was because we were placed where the old televisions were. The beds however were extremely comfortable.

Came to the check in around 5pm and the line was super long. It was a $50 dollar accidental fee which wasn’t explained when booking on the site. Then the woman was wasn’t able to take my payment because the card reader was down and so she moved my husband and I to another line only for the other person to say her’s wasn’t working either and moved us to another line, remind you the lobby was full of travelers. Then we got to the room, the room was nice but we notice quickly when we were trying to warm up our food they didn’t have a microwave in the room.. I also purchased the buffalo wings at the hotel and they were very good.

The hotel was very clean and honestly beautiful! Our room wasn't ready when we arrived around 3:45 pm and we were told we would receive a call when it was ready but we never did. By the time we got back from our concert though, we were able to check in just fine and they comp'd our breakfast the next morning, which a lovely touch.

This hotel was amazing. I like how the hotel is more secluded and the pool and room were amazing. I love how it’s right across from the mall as well. Only thing is I was worried about the fridge not being cold enough because I know some hotels are like that but ours was actually TOO cold and froze everything. Other than that I love this hotel and will definitely be staying again.

We stayed for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast spread was the highlight for sure as it was much better than other hotels I’ve stayed in. The only thing I wish was improved at this hotel is the TVs. They’re large in size but they are outdated and are not smart TVs. We planned on having a movie night and it was a little difficult without having Netflix as an option. Luckily, they had a Disney channel that we utilized instead. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and we will back.
