Overall, the property was in good condition, but the room smelled of urine and the carpets were definitely not clean. There were broken tiles in the bathroom floor and signs of negligence. Breakfast was good, tasted OK and appeared to be fresh.

The staff was friendly and helpful, Lee was great. The room could have been better maintained. The bathtub was rusted around the drain. There was an odor, it was worst in the elevator and hallways. The room also had a bit of an odor, but not as bad. Breakfast was decent and there was plenty of parking. Overall, a 4, we were comfortable.

When checked in the lady at the front was very nice. Went up to my room, my room smelled like marijuana pretty badly. The next morning I had to get up early and ended up getting stuck in the elevator at 6am. I forgot my phone in my room so I had to use the phone in the elevator. I don’t even think they knew if it worked or not just from the spit seed shells in the case. They never shut down the elevator. Just kept it open like nothing happened. The ice machine was broken on my floor as-well. Hotel is definitely outdated and ran down a bit compared to to others in the area around the same price range.I was going to use this hotel on my way back on my trip but I was very disappointed with my stay so I booked else where.

I’d really like to give a good review simply because the staff was great. Every person we encountered was kind and helpful. That, unfortunately was the only positive. The hotel is very rundown and needs to be completely renovated. The lobby and elevator smells, the carpet is gross, a live roach ran across the floor the second we opened the door to our room. (I will say that was the only live bug we saw during the stay, but still, not a good first impression.) Only had housekeeping once for a whole week stay, despite several requests. I’m pretty sure there’s mold in the room we stayed in, as it was so humid even with the AC on full blast.

The facilities were excellent. Staff were very friendly. Some of the vending machines did not work right, there is green mold on the second floor stairway, people were smoking in the building and the ice machine on third floor did not work. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would like to stau again soon.
