This Hilton property has been a mainstay in Raleigh for a long time. The interior of the hotel is clean. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. The lobby bar and restaurant are a nice feature. Here and there, you see evidence of the age of the property (e.g., paint peeling from the ceiling in my room, a 2x4 exposed on the wall above the A/C unit, a badly damaged shower pan).

We had a great stay! The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, it needs some renovations as other mentioned. A special thank you to Maria at breakfast—she was very kind and helpful, and she made our kids feel so welcome. We really appreciated her wonderful service!

This is a lower cost hotel in a busy business area outside of town. Coffee shop has very short hours, seemed never open just plan to go somewhere else for that. Construction going on right in front of hotel. Restaurant only seemed open for dinner and breakfast. Short hours also for those. Buffet breakfast was fine. Room was quiet, comfortable bed. Middle aged partiers outside making racket until am hours. Overall fine if main goal is lower cost.
