Everything was great! Only small issue was the elevators weren’t working, but it didn’t bother me at all bc I only had one bag to carry up to the top floor. Will come back again!

Despite the elevators being out of order, everything else was great! Absolutely loved the staff. Very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great and the staff made my morning with a personal touch for each person that came to breakfast.

we were told the elevator was not working upon checkin. At 11pm where else are we going to go? (we were on the 4th floor) No ice machine on our floor Staff was not in the least apologetic. Plus, the entire hotel was very "worn"

The staff was super friendly especially at breakfast. The elevator was down from 11pm to 7am and that was an inconvenience especially when our event didn't end till after 11 at not and we were on the 5th floor. The pull out sofa bed was like sleeping on a bed of springs super uncomfortable. Definitely not worth what they were charging just because there were a bunch of events in the area definitely don't like the price gouging
