This is my third or fourth time staying at this location. I have always been pleased but noticed in recent years it was in need of renovation. Stayed on a newly renovated floor; room and hallway were nice, but they reused old fixtures. The toilet seat was loose and you could see rust spots on the tank. Towels had loose threads. The fridge and microwave were good amenities, but the fridge wasn't secured and kept sliding around. Very nice neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and the room also had a table and 2 chairs. The water pressure in the shower was just okay.
