I rate this low because relative to the price it was sadly needing maintenance. No ice machine on either the four or third floor worked and the in-room refrigerator was not operating. For a hotel charging a premium over nearby hotels in Raleigh, you would expect better. Bed was comfortable and the room quiet.

Clean modern hotel

We had an awesome stay. Very nice, clean hotel. Walking distance to several restaurants. Quick and easy access to I-40. My only complaint was they only left 3 bath towels in our room and we had 4 people. Everything else was perfect.
