It was an amazing stay with spectacular service. The dinner, drinks, and breakfast were top tier. The only issue was that they were working on the water, so for two days during designated times, there was no working water and one of those days, I paid quite a bit for my stay (over 500); however, I would definitely go back. The room was spotless, airy, and the entire environment feels like a vacation.

The customer service on site was STELLAR as well as the breakfast. I love how spacious the rooms are and that there is a door to the bedroom for privacy from living area. Requested room with a bathtub which they happily accommodated us. Nice safe area, even walking to the car at night. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in the RDU area. 12 min to RDU airport and 22 min to WakeMed. Great location.

My family and I stayed at the Embassy Suites for one night and had a great experience. The first thing that caught our attention was the beautiful lobby and open courtyard as soon as we walked in. The hotel offers excellent amenities, including a nice pool and one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. The staff was friendly, and very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff was wonderful, the stay was good. My only issue was the ceiling over the vent in the bedroom area looked like mildew and my pillow had big black stains on it and they were turned so you couldn’t see it at first.

The location was quiet and convenient, with easy access to RDU Airport and highways for getting around the Raleigh area. I stayed here during a business trip and found the suite comfortable and well-suited for my needs. The room was clean and even nicer than expected! Roomier than I even needed, but was much appreciated! Staff was lovely and very helpful, I arrived quite early and while they couldn't check me in 4 hours early they did manage to get me in my room before the scheduled check in time (would've been fine if they couldn't I get that rooms have to be cleaned and turned etc), but they could've easily said 'no check in before normal time' but they went the extra mile to get me in once the room was ready, which was really lovely. Breakfast was pretty good too for being free.
