Hotel is okay, standard, no wow factor. Rooms are clean, however room corridors have a very weird smell. The worst service from the staff. Not a single staff member is friendly in that hotel. They look at you as if you're doing them a favour. Perhaps all the staff should be sent on some training on atleast how to greet their guests and smile. Don't think we will be ever visiting this hotel again.

Reservation changes are difficult in timeframe

When I tried to cancel one day out of the two days I had booked, Hotels.com said they can not reach any representative from Sayaji and Sayaji said they can not do anything as we didn't book directly with Sayaji. Please note, I had initiated this change within the dated allowed as per terms.
