“I loved this location because it wasn’t in the busy area like lake Bled or lake Bohinj. Nice, quiet area for hiking and lots of cycling paths. There is no air conditioning but we asked for a fan and that really helped. It was really hot when we were there. The shower had water pressure issues and kept changing temperature as I was showering. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The decor is definitely retro but I felt it worked for this place. “Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine.”

“The room was very nice and I even had a large adjoning patio. I ended up getting a free upgrade and Nina at the front desk was very caring. She did do everythong she could to make my stay great. I slept very well! As I learned this hotel is a family business and mainly the family members are at the front desk. The only thing I could suggest to improve were the towels.
