Hotel was incredible. Very good room, very clean. Great pool options. Breakfast was very good and on site restauarnt was also great. Service at the pool was maybe a little slow but the views across the bay made up for that. A great please to relax and unwind in a beautiful country

There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE AN EMAIL.? The EMAIL ASKED ME TO EXPLAIN MY COMPLAINT. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO AN ENEMY
