Excellent hotel - great food, great rooms. The Svetjlo Corner Room is very thoughtfully designed and has a great bed, a huge bathroom, and huge windows overlooking the piazza. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall a fantastic hotel, great included breakfast (tried some more local cheeses and hams + good smoothies) and staff were very helpful and lovely. Having booked the least premium room there was no view or much light - but we stayed for only one night. The thing that let the property down was the location, whilst close enough to the airport and Kotor, much of the surrounding area was under construction. Furthermore, the village it’s built in is constructed by one company and feels very ‘toy town’ meets UAE. Whilst there are some amenities and restaurants, it can feel a little lifeless. That said it’s not the fault of the hotel but more an observation if you want a more casual authentic vibe outside the hotel.

The property is located up in lustica where some construction works are still going. But it’s quite there. Rooms are spacious and the amenities are top quality. The only disappointment is the breakfast… that should be improved! Access to the beach is by car or shuttle, but the beach is fantastic!!

Établissement joli tout neuf et très joliment décoré …. Mais !! Emplacement trop loin de la mer,heureusement on a un accès à 2 plages privées . Tout le tour de l’hôtel est en travaux ! Vous avez le bruit des marteaux piqueurs en boucle …Ce qui nous a vraiment déçu c’est le niveau de service ! On nous met a disposition des pantoufles en coton comme dans tous les hôtels de standing ! Et bien dans celui là on vous les fait PAYER ! Il faut les rendre pour que l’hôtel les lave et les remet en service ! Alors qu’elles se trouvent dans l’armoire de la chambre ! On vous met dans la salle de bain une petite pochette avec un nécessaire ! Brosse à dents coton charlotte jetable ! Et bien de la même manière si vous utilisez et que vous l’emportez avec vous ON VOUS LE FAIT PAYER. ! C’est la première fois que je vois un service minimum payant ! C’est inadmissible ! Une chambre qui est facturée 400€ la nuit ! Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cette enseigne et ne le recommanderons certainement pas . Politique de l’hôtel à revoir pour un établissement qui se veut de luxe
