“Experiencia decepcionante, parecía que el Hotel iba a estar muy bien, pero nos atendieron en recepción sin ningún tipo de explicación de donde se desayunaba y dónde podíamos aparcar el vehículo, en la habitación, la almohada tenía pelos e, incluso alguna olía una colonia y para hacer el check Out no había nadie en recepción nos hemos sentido muy desatendidos”

“Listed as a “Luxury Hotel” - this is not a Luxury hotel. More a camping resort & SPA with rooms.
There are often maintenance issues in a hotel, what matters is how they are handled. I expected the below to be resolved in hours, but it took three days:
• Batteries in A/C (not actually air conditioning) remote - after asking 3 times was given the batteries out of the unit in reception.
• No shower gel in shower - asked 3 times.
Design issues:
• Shower - no shelving, everything has to go on...

“Wir waren zu hundert Prozent zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft! Das Familienzimmer unter dem alten Dachstuhl war wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch der Rest des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Beim Frühstück wurden sehr viele, abwechslungsreiche glutenfreie und laktosefreie Alternativen für meinen Mann bereitgestellt. Und auch sonst war die Auswahl absolut ausreichend. Auch die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt! Mit dem Zug waren wir sehr günstig...
