“El hotel está impecable y el servicio es excelente ”

“Fantastic place to stay within walking distance to downtown Royal Oak. Lovely courteous staff with great advice for local spots to checkout! Nice outdoor gathering spaces and great music inside at the lounge. Pick your own vinyl albums to play at the upstairs bar as well at Vinyl Lounge as well.”

“Carencia de limpieza, mobiliario muy viejo o roto. Lo peor fue el mal olor presencia de cucarachas y lo terrible la presencia de un ratón buscando comida. Fue desgastante y prácticamente solo llegábamos a dormir. La administración replicó a mi queda diciendo que era normal para ese tipo de hotel. Desgraciadamente no saqué foto del piso y las paredes con reparaciones de humedad”

“Great service, the breakfast was complete and everything pretty new”

“Breakfast was good. Parking was free and convenient. The room was clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. We would stay again.”

“Good”

“Hotel was clean and we actually had our room upgraded which was nice! Only stayed for one night so cant say much about staff assistant or amenities. The water bottle refilling station in the gym was handy though!”

“The bathroom grout was full of mold both on the tile and the floor.”

“Everyone was helpful. Breakfast was very nice.”

“Excellent stay overnight. Clean & quiet. Great breakfast with plenty of seating. Ice machine down the hall, mini fridge in the room. Easy access by uber to go to the nearby art district so we can keep our car safely parked in free parking lot. Bedding was very comfortable. Shower with good water pressure and included toiletries in pump bottles”
