Propere ruime kamer met een nette keuken en een klein salon. Tv met veel kanalen De basisvoorzieningen (zoals bestek) zijn aanwezig. Kleine balkon was ook een toffe extra. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enkele kleine opmerkingen: Warm stromend water is niet altijd gegarandeerd; soms is het eerder lauw. Geluid kan door de muren hoorbaar zijn. Het café naast het hotel speelt overdag muziek. Dit is niet storend, maar wel merkbaar. Het zou fijn zijn mocht vooraf duidelijk vermeld worden dat er een dagelijkse taks van 44 dirham wordt aangerekend. Het is minder aangenaam om daar pas bij aankomst over geïnformeerd te worden. De locatie is een groot pluspunt: op ongeveer 10 minuten van het treinstation, 10 minuten van een shoppingcenter en dicht bij alle nodige voorzieningen. Al bij al een fijne ervaring.

Was concerned when reading the reviews however this place exceeded my expectations. The staff are very attentive everything i asked for was done and even gone the extra mile. The place is a perfect spot in a lively part of town. You have a kitchen everything you need including washing machine, cooker, fride, freezer, toaster, kettle. You have nice terrace area if you want to smoke or just relax. The iptv smart tv is amazing has all the channels. Felt very comfortable here would highly recommend.

We booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Upon entering at check-in time and filling out the paperwork, we were told only one room was cleaned and we would have to wait for the other room. The lobby looked nice and clean, and the aesthetic was nice, however the front- of-desk staff were not welcoming and were focused on keeping to themselves. The rooms looked appealing compared to others in the area. In the first room, the bed was smelly and seemed like it had not been washed. There was only one towel in this room to be shared with two people for shower. When we got the second room, after about 30 minutes when we went up to the first room, the room looked appealing and was designed well. We did have problems with this room as well, the toilet was broken and continuously ran water. We were also not given a towel and had to ring reception to get one. The housekeeping staff were polite and were trying to accommodate to our needs. Overall, although the design and aesthetic was nice, more attention is required with the cleaning, maintenance, and accessories provided to guests. The housekeeping staff were nice, and we appreciated their hospitality.

This is the stay that you feel you want to repeat thousands of times … It’s complete experience from checkin, room, location but Staff is extremely an added value for all above. La salle de bain a besoin de rénovation, le meuble cuisine usé et défectueux. Par rapport au prix, je garde une déception car je m’attendais à un niveau élevé. Le quartier est sympa, être patient pour trouver une place de parking dans la journée. La télé, les chaînes ne marchaient pas, le voisinage un peu bruyant. Le téléphone de la chambre pour passer des commandes ne fonctionnait pas. Bref un peu déçu.. je ne recommande pas

The nicest hotel I stayed in by far. Nicest amentities for a long term stay. I was very sad I was there for only one night. This is good for a couple's long term stay or a solo traveller, but not great if you are in a party or people who are not comfortable sharing close quarters- rooms are not very big. Other than that, really really nice and I will be coming back here!

It is not worthier.

They were trying to get more taxes than was written in the bill. They did not agreed not to pay till I called the police. The shower was not good. The laundry was leaking and making noise. The room is not secure. I couldn’t sleep because of other room’s noise.
