A beautiful place in a lovely area, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop and about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The apartment manager, Youssra, was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions and assistance whenever needed. Thank you for everything.

I recently stayed at Marina Rabat Suites and Apartments, and the experience was far from what I expected. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which was only available in one bedroom and the living room—not all three bedrooms as we assumed. It wasn’t cooling properly, and despite being told there was a leak, it never got fixed, leaving us uncomfortable day and night. The lack of a fan made it worse. Service was disappointing as well. No one was there to welcome us or provide check-in/check-out instructions; they simply handed over the keys. The cleaning staff seemed uninterested in maintaining the apartment, and when we requested an iron, it took two days to arrive. The apartment itself was spacious and well-decorated, but the location of the on-site restaurant was inconvenient—a 15-minute walk away. The menu lacked variety, felt like fast food rather than traditional Moroccan cuisine, and the service was painfully slow. Meals took over two hours, and items were often missing. Staff were unfriendly, adding to the disappointment. On the last day, despite ordering breakfast in advance, nothing was served, and we were told the restaurant was closed due to staff illness. Overall, the poor air conditioning, inadequate service, and disappointing dining experience overshadowed the apartment’s luxury, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed.

The service is the one of amateurs with a bad attitude. I had a reservation to spend the initial portion of my honeymoon at your establishment. I had specifically requested, if possible, a desirable unit with a pleasing view. To my astonishment, upon our arrival, there was no one present to welcome us. Furthermore, the apartment we were assigned faced another building, and we did not receive the half-board dinner and lunch that we had paid for. At first the lady of the restaurant denied us and asked us to wait for a long time while people are being served saying she has no information about our stay later when she came saying that we only have 1 night which is wrong . After 1h of rude behavior we decided to leave . I contacted Khadija, the individual designated as our point of contact, she informed me that all units were fully booked and that the decision-making authority rested solely with the manager, leaving her unable to provide any assistance. For parking at first they asked us to put our car in spot 40 and after 2h they sent us a message saying no we have to move our car to spit 42 . This situation has left us feeling neglected and disregarded, reflecting poorly on the management's concern for customer satisfaction and the delivery of advertised services. Given the lack of responsiveness from the contact person, I will now pursue an official complaint with Expedia

On the other side of the river which offered a unique opportunity to try the boat taxis. Not too far from the old city but you do need a car anyway to explore the area at large. Nothing to not like, it’s a comfortable reasonably furnished apartment. Manager was super nice and friendly, most Moroccans are like that.

Had to switch apartment the day after. Because it wasn’t what I booked . I had to wait for one to be available .Not all the rooms have lights. There was always problems with something. Internet was very slow, cut off every 15 minutes. TV stations freeze all the time. Toilet was broken. They take their time to respond . Overall the stay wasn’t terrible. I will book this place again. They need to improve and fix those a little things. They need to work on communication. In case of an emergency they will not respond back on time. I gave them three stars Because those a little things that they need to work on.

Lack of communication and management

The marina area of Salé is well located. We booked for the first 2 weeks of April. We arrived at the end of Ramadan which was a statutory holiday. The check in was done very fast and not much information was given to us.all she was interested in was that i leave a good review on booking.She told us that it was a holiday for them today and i felt like i was disturbing her. The apartment was never inspected before the rental. We had water issues in both of the bathroom sinks.and we only had one towel left on the bed. I asked for an extra bath towel and 2 hand towels and i finally got them at 11pm that night. Getting a plumber was also difficult. The apartment is not as described on the hotels.com website. Seems that alot of the furniture was removed, lots of lights didn't work. Patio doors didn't open because handles were missing. We stayed for over 8 days so we were entitled to 2 cleanings. But we never saw a cleaning lady during our stay. The apartment was priced very high considering the amenities..i had never stayed in an apartment that doesn't even give you a starter kit with dishsoap sponge shampoo etc etc no broom or mop to clean up my water on the floor from the leaky sinks. Never had any contact with the lady that booked us in.she never even checked to see if all our issues were resolved. The area is very noisy at night for the scooters racing down the road. The day before we left , i wanted to know where to leave the keys. I was very disappointed with my stay.

There were four of us and we needed three bedrooms. This apartment unit fit our needs. There is one bathroom en suite, and one bathroom serving the rest of the apartment. The good. Once we discovered how to get to the parking garage, it was convenient to load and unload the car. The internet was Ok. Three of the four beds had pillows with pillow cases. Its near water with nice views if you walk a few blocks. If you have a car, it is in a good location for driving to nearby places to do sightseeing. A decent coffee shop a few blocks away for breakfast. Quiet. The bad. There is little at the property for basic comforts. Must bring your own water. Not really self-sufficient for cooking. Had to actually ‘ask’ for towels. We got one towel per person an hour later. Not easy to find the place by GPS. Our group got lucky because we had someone who speaks arabic as we had to ask people walking around for information and no one we came across spoke either French or English. No paper towels or kitchen towels to help with cooking/clean up in the kitchen. There is no laundry dryer so if you are staying only one night, air drying clothes may be problematic. The ugly. There were a couple of small glasses around the apartment and on the balcony filled with cigarette butts and water. One bed had no pillow cases on the pillows, so that was kind of gross. There was mold in one of the showers. Fortunately we brought plastic shoes to wear when bathing.

I saw the negative reviews for this apartments but decided to give it a chance. The listing stated that it was 15 minutes walking distance to Hassan tower, this was not at all true, it was a fair distsnce walk from the tower. The room promised a hair dryer, there was none. The iron was burnt and rusty. The hot water became cold as soon as one person showered. And the icing on the cake was that the apartment was crawling with ants! There was an ant infestation!! Absolutely disgusting. I was travelling with my elderly mother and two small children.
