Great value for money & staff (from reception, cleaning and bar, everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful). This Villa is a bit retro but fully functional. Parking is 14 euros a day but worth the money as it is right in front of the villa and very safe. There is a sandy beach in front of the property - ideal for kids and with many facilities ( supermarket, clean toilets, showers). A city center is 15 mins pleasant walk away from the property with many options ( restaurants, bars, shops). We took the Half board in the hotel next to the Villa - it is a bit expensive for the quality\choices offered. I would rather eat out next time. Overall it was a very pleaseant stay.

Hotel un po’ vintage ma con tutti i confort, in ottima posizione fronte spiaggia, parking compreso, ottima colazione nel vicino hotel ( in convenzione). Si tro a 10 minuti a piedi dalla cittadina di Rab, passeggiando sul lungomare.

Het hotel lag op een mooie locatie, was alleen heel moeilijk te vinden. Beter uitleg op site en de bewegwijzering vooroord is noodzakelijk.

Lage sehr gut aber alles andere zum vergessen

Extrem kleines Zimmer mit mini Balkon. Haare und Dreck im bad. Freistehende Klimaanlage die alle paar stunde voll Wasser War und geheizt! hat. Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Das agreement mit dem Frühstück im hotel daneben War gut. Ansonsten Preis -leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmig. Strand... naja. Kroatien halt. Die nähe zu Stadt rab hat die tage trotzdem schön gemacht. Wenn man nicht viel zeit im zimmer ist und nicht wahnsinnig auf sauberkeit wert legt, kann man es nehmen... eher nicht zu empfehlen. (Wir waren im Haus rio)

The hotel complex on an island RAB. Just beside the beach. Many stairs to go up and down. Friendly staff. No breakfast, it was possible in a hotel nearby. The room was basic, not more. The air conditioner was a machine on the floor. Parking ok.
