Great stay at Grand Hyam. Staff were very professional yet friendly and helpful when needed. We booked 2 rooms via Agoda and booked an extra room on the spot via Expedia. We wanted to stay on the same floor and one of the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. It was such a kind gesture! Rooms are spacious and beautiful. A bit of shame we had mold in the bathroom and that the housekeeping was a bit neglected (floor not clean carefully and hand marks could still be seen near tv frame). Gym was small but good enough for a workout. Breakfast is a bit of a miss on our end tho, crowded with group tours from Hanoi who sometimes are a bit uncivilised… other than that, still a great experience.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Room service meal was delicious and quick. Spa staff were wonderful and the service was very well priced given the quality experience. Breakfast service was high quality with more than enough options.

The building seen news and clean , people in reception are nice and quick, room is big and have a wonderful ocean view , breakfast is good , only the elevators sometimes are slow ,especially when we stayed at high floor .

The property is well situated. It’s a brand new building. A great 5 star hotel with very good value for the price! The staff is very friendly and helpful in all ways. I needed help for a pharmacy and they went out of their way to help. I needed help booking a bus for our next location and they took care of everything as well. They are really helpful for guests. The restaurant has delicious dishes and the most spectacular view being on the 41st floor. I strongly recommend this Hotel!!

Overall clean property and beautiful beach/city views from our room. We were a family of 5 and booked a 3-bedroom suite, which was convenient. Area was quiet. Only took advantage of the free breakfast once as we had breakfast plans with family most of the time. There were both Vietnamese and Western options however compared to other hotels in Vietnam, we thought that it had limited options. Did not wake up with wet pillows as mentioned by another reviewer in May. However, we did notice that the air conditioning wasn't as strong as it said it was - we turned it to the lowest it could be. This issue was resolved simply by contacting the hotel staff. Be cautious of using the gym - my partner felt as if the air conditioning wasn't turned on - or not strong enough - to complete a workout. Otherwise as previously mentioned, the property was clean, quiet, and met our expectations overall. Also wanted to note that the staff here did not speak as much English as other cities in Vietnam - perhaps because it is a smaller city? We were still able to get by as my parents spoke fluent Vietnamese. Regardless, I would still recommend Grand Hyams Hotel.

A great ocean view from room on 35th floor. Good sized room, sliding walls to add privacy for bathroom if required . The restaurant on 41st floor was the highlight, terrific meals, outstanding view, great service and very reasonable price. Pool on 3rd floor good, water nice and cool

Best part of this hotel was Huyen, receptionist. She was attentive and courteous with a welcoming smile. Hotel decor is modern luxury but you can see missed details in craftsmanship. We walked to all the recommended restaurants so far, most within 20 minutes waking distance. In my opinion, this place is the best you can find in Quy Nhon.

모든 직원들은 항상 미소와 함께 친절합니다. 마사지 패키지를 이용했는데 정말 열심히 마사지를 해줍니다. 호텔내 시설은 비교적 전자식 자동시설이 있어 의외로 편했음. 욕조와 발코니는 옵션 서비스.. 아침 조식에 대한 의견이 분분해서 걱정했는데 채식과 과일을 좋아하는 나로서는 나쁘지 않았던것같은데 육식과 살라미 치즈를 좋아하는 남편의 의견은 좀 다르더라고요. 6박을 했는데 매일 같은 메뉴릏 먹으니 좀 물리기는 했지만 채식과 과일이 신선했었다는것 단기 투숙자에게는 문제가 없겠지만 4일이상 투숙자에 대한 대안이 있다면 그곳에서 맑은 공기와 자연을 느끼면서 장기투숙을 고려 할 수도 있지 읺을까 생각해봄. 그리고 저녁식사로 바베큐뷔페가 있는데 식은 음식에 예민한 사람들을 고려한다면 더더욱 좋을것같다는 의견을 남깁니다. 리셉션. 호텔 입구에서 항상 밝은 미소로 인사. 레스토랑. 스파. 수영장과 피트니스센터. 모두가 다 친절했어요.
