“The room was beautiful. Mix of modern and rustic. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had towels changed over and our room tidied even though it was only a 2 night stay which was a surprise. We loved sitting on the balcony facing the vineyard and listening to the array of birds. Would love to stay here again for a future visit.”

“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”

“We booked a queen deluxe room for one night. Picked up the room keys in the afternoon but didn’t go to the room straight away as we had a function to go to. On arriving back later that evening on opening the room we were quickly disappointed. Generally the room was quite dusty and felt dirty. The curtains need replacing and were not hanging correctly. The TV remote didn’t work and the back of the air conditioners remote was missing. In the bathroom there was old soap in the soap dish, no hair...

“En general esta bien el lugar, solo creo deberían revisar bien las instalaciones antes de ofrecerlas , ya que la Puerta del baño no cerraba, era muy difícil cerrarla e incomodo.”

“Everything was as good as always We stay there regularly. Only complaint was we were in the disabled unit room 9 and there was no outside light. It made it difficult to find where to put the key and to see where you walking.”

“The accommodation was easy to find and accessing the room simple, thanks to fancy technology. The room was clean, quiet and well maintained, and conveniently located next to a Coles. My only disappointment was expecting a coffee machine, as shown in the online photos, but overall a very comfortable stay which I would recommend to others.”

“Being winter there was no extra blankets. Air conditioner cut in and out every 5-10 minutes so the room didn’t stay warm. There were very rowdy people in other rooms carrying on till late in the night.”

“I’ve had two stays here over the last two weeks. On both occasions, for the most part everything was great. My only disappointment, was has greasy/slippery the bathroom floor was in room 5, and the amount of dirt at the bottom of the shower floor in room 6. The toilet also need a good clean. That aside, I was very happy with my stay. Good parking, lovely room, coffee van right outside, great location, friendly staff.”

“The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Having a back patio to sit on and a free guest laundry were an added bonuses. Everything I needed for a four day stay was provided in the room. Would definitely stay again.”
