The hotel was amazing, super cozy and comfortable with an amazing garden. Melanie and Kelvin, the host of the property, were amazing and helpful with finding things to do and places to see. The room was huge and spacious and the bathroom was very modern.

Lovely garden area where children can play. So much to see in Quito though, that I wasn't in the hotel much - just enough to shower and sleep. Expedia listing needs to amend information regarding breakfast - it was available, but not included in the booking. Location couldn't have been better for exploring historic town and a 5 min walk to the metro station for those wishing to explore other areas of the city. The staff waited with me to ensure I got picked up safely by the Uber to head to the airport.

I like that this is a historic house. It was very clean. The people there were very nice. There was a yard where you could play basketball, soccer, kids could just run around. And there was also a small area to sit and enjoy some fresh air. Breakfast was also an option, unfortunately we were not able to enjoy because we had to head out early. Next time I go to Quito, if I stay in the same area I am definitely staying here again.
