We have stayed here several times before and always had a great experience. Upon arrival, they tried to say the room wasn’t available. They tried to charge us more than we paid for a room with less amenities. It wasn’t until we showed the room was booked and paid for did they say it was available. The property is a great location close to the airport for anyone who wants to relax for the day. Although we stayed In a “premium” suite the space wasn’t as clean as the one we often stay. Walls were marked (especially the bathroom and hot tub area) and the glass was very dirty In the hot tub area. We ordered and always enjoy the breakfast and would highly recommend it. Property amenities are nice, Although the steam baths were not available this visit and was one of the reasons we chose this property. I would stay again, but I hope the lapse In communication improves, as well as the cleanliness and full use of facilities.
