Their breakfast is tasty and nutritious. Rooms are clean and spacious. A comfortable sofa and an armchair in the living room and an excellent bed in the bedroom. The bathroom was very clean. The common area of the hotel is good looking and well maintained.

Terrible hotel that literally gives preferential treatment to gringos and neglect service to Ecuadorian citizens. They should be more equal and fair with their service. A paying customer should have equal rights and treatment despite independent of their skin complexion. I waited with my wife and baby for service while gringos were attended by numerous waiters. We were completely neglected though still American with Hispanic physical traits. They definitely profile ppl and practice preferential treatment. Stay away from this hotel,
