The location is very good, it allows you to move to the Historic Center, the El Ejilo and La Carolina Parks, and to other destinations in Quito and its surroundings to visit amazing locations. At night, the activity nuances the emotion of the day to rest comfortably. The hotel staff are very helpful people.

Everyone was very friendly but the location, which is great for a party, is extremely LOUD. The staff did find a less noisy room for us, but it was looking out on a dirty wall and a service area for the hotel. If you party late and don't mind the noise, this place is in a party central.

Very clean and well managed. Staff is extremely helpful. WiFi was fast, but went out for 12 hours… not sure if they could do anything about that. Also expect to hear loud music from Wed to Sat nights, but also not the hotel’s fault.

Great service, clean place, good breakfast, the only thing I didn’t like was that they promote the “soundproofing” of their rooms but mine was definitely not. The hotel is next to several clubs and you will hear music all night very loudly. I wouldn’t suggest booking this hotel in the weekend if you don’t want to go out and party because the music will get louder and louder until 2am/4am.

Very noisy clubs surround the property and windows do not block noise, like trying to sleep in a dance club till 4 in the morning. We had to move hotels after 2 days.

Nice facilities and friendly staff. Hotel is located in a busy area very close to nightclubs and restaurants. I can get noisy at night. The water heater was not working properly. The water would come out too cold and too hot intermittently while taking a shower. We notified the hotel staff but it was not fixed.

Great but there is a caveat!

This hotel is excelent, the staff were super friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful with all kinds of fruits and just about any thing you might one. But the one issue which is not the hotels fault is that it is located in the Mariscal area of Quito were much of the night life takes place, the noise level was nightmarish and the loud music and screaming djs performed till 3am, needless to say i was not able to sleep because of the unberable noise level. I wish they had double glass windows, otherwise the hotel is great but i wouldnt recomend it if your goal is to have a restfull sleep

Nice place and friendly staff, but the area, Plaza Foch, is full of sleazy bars blaring loud "music". It wasn't too bad when I had a room on the 7th floor, but when I extended my stay I was moved to the 4th floor and it was pretty bad. The area is crawling with drug dealers at night and feels very unsafe to walk around in. Many sleazy characters trying to lure you into bars. Creepy area. When I extended my stay for some additional days, I changed hotels.

Premises are decently okay. This is small Hotel that I don't understand how they received the Radisson Certification. Staff is definitely the best asset in this Hotel... but, Location is definitely the problem that is NOT disclose properly. Hotel is located in the Main Avenue of a RED ZONE; - full of Crime (we spent one night that couldn't sleep), across the street was a Club with people partying all night long; - Noise was unbearable; - Police and Ambulances were active due of the Street fights We stayed at the room 1002 (10th floor) and we still can hear the activity happening at the surrounding Simply dissatisfied and disappointed !!! Definitely not for the standards of any American Citizen
