Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. The guest room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, creating an immediate sense of comfort. Every detail—from the cleanliness to the overall presentation—reflected a high standard of excellence. The front desk staff were consistently warm and genuinely attentive, always ready to assist with efficiency and a welcoming demeanor that made my entire experience feel personal. Very nice breakfast buffet, as well. Unbeatable price too! Thank you.

No one came to pick me up at the airport! After calling the hotel asking why my requested pickup was not there to pick me up! They advised me to take a taxi to there hotel! The hotel is new and very clean and modern! The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Excellent, very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were kept spotless. I would have a few suggestions concerning improvement of the bathrooms, however. The toilet flushing knob should not be located under a stone shelf. There should be a window to the outside, not to the room itself. It would also help if the restaurant tab could be part of the checkout.

The room is very Nice but not the Air Conditioning. It is a very small machine for the room. We had to sleep with the windows open, it has better outside than the Air Conditioning, but ut started to rain. The water got in, and the mouse was very disturbing. At 5 AM the burda started to sing. It was beautiful, but I wabtes to sleep. It was a very hard night

Good hotel

Midsize hotel with a quiet location. Room was very big with a good size bathroom. I was missing aircondition in the room, eventhough it was not summer when I visited I found the room very warm and had issues sleeping. There is a fan above the bed but not very helpfull. I ended up opening the window. Ok breakfast offer. Had 1 dinner there and the choice of meals was good.

Quiet room with Good Restaurant

Booked hotel to rest after returning from Galapagos. Before leaving for 3AM flight. $15.00 taxi ride from airport easy check-in. We had early dinner in on site restaurant Sea Bass with rice and salad excellent option. Had front desk arrange for taxi back to airport and went to room for quite nap. When taxi arrived it was raining so they had it pull into parking garage and. loaded our luggage so we could remain dry. Only regret is we didn't stay longer

Quaint, but not really convenient

I somehow thought this would be closer to the airport, but it was about a 30 minute drive. Nevertheless, Llalo was very clean, safe, professionally operated and the breakfast on the porch was ideal. The rates were appropriate for the lodging. I highly recommend it.
