What a find. So glad we stayed here. It was a new hotel. The staff were super friendly and professional. It was close to the airport as we had a very early morning flight, so wished we could have stayed longer. The most comfortable bed ever and the shower super powerful! Close to restaurants to. This was my second stay at this beautiful property, conveniently located at the quito airport. Rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable with excellent showers. The good stuff: friendly, helpful staff; large, quiet room; great location directly across from the airport terminal; large step-in shower (no tub). The less pleasing stuff: poor signage made the hotel difficult to find as its lobby is on the third floor of a multi-purpose building; because of the layout, our room was 1/4 mile from the elevator (yes, really) and the rubbery floor covering made wheeling suitcases a real chore; the over-priced breakfast buffet had extensive offerings which ranged from “ok” to “disgusting.” Bottom line: good place to stay for a night before/after a flight, but ask for a room near the elevator and grab breakfast at one of the eateries in the adjacent food court.
