Overpriced, very basic hotel.

For the price which was a lot due to the fact that an event was going on at the gorge. For that price I would expect usb charging options in the room, multiple pillows, a security latch on the door, for the door to be fire safe, and the jetted tub to be cleaned regularly instead of seeing the scum build up in the jets. The bed was comfortable and had updated bedding and was clean. The front desk was nice and warm at check in and out.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic. Glad we had an upstairs room, I think the walls were thin, we could hear when they were cleaning or something in the room next door. I can imagine what it was like for the people in the lower floors listening to people move around all the time.

Solid for the $

Not a lot of amenities but what they do they do well. WiFi was good. Subway is basically in the parking lot so it's like having an on-site sandwich shop.

The property was motel but the room was hotel. We appreciated the value, cleanliness, quietness except you can hear people above you, black out curtains, and beds! We felt safe but the town is old. It’s 20 m from the Gorge!

First off, the person working the desk was very firendly and helpful. First impressions count and she made a good one. The motel is showing its age a little, but was kept clean and everything functioned (except for the least supportive pillows ever). The parking lot is pretty tight for anything larger than a compact car. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Staff letting guest into the wrong room

Everything was good until the morning we were to leave and a guest from another room told the maid that her key would not work in the door. The maid did not double check to make sure the person had the correct room and let her in our room. When the person realized she was not in the correct room she left immediately. Maybe Quincy Inn should install safety latches so this can't happen again.

Very dated, could have been cleaner, maintenance was needed too. Some good authentic Mexican restaurants, great food and reasonably priced. The reason we stayed in Quincy was to do the scenic highway but a forest fire at Boldt Creek likely would’ve prohibited travel that way so we had to do the interstate 90 route.
