El edificio es muy bonito y el personal de aseo es amabilísimo, pero la lluvia se mete a las habitaciones, no hay cafetera en la habitación, el teléfono de nuestra habitación no tenía ni conexión, el agua no salía caliente. No regresaremos.

Excelente lugar para ir a desconectar de la ciudad. Alberca y áreas verdes muy limpias. Me gustaría que mejoraran el servicio de bebidas en la alberca. Tiene que estar buscando al mesero y si lo ves se tarda mucho en atenderte

Cuando llegue al hotel no encontraban mi reservación y aunque llegue antes me dejaron utilizar las instalaciones, los jardines muy bonitos, aunque poco personal que apoye, no tuvimos la suerte de probar el desayuno ya que iniciaban hasta las 8 am y mi prisa por salir era urgente, después de pasar una noche terrible, ya que como a las 2 de la mañana nos desperto un olor horrible a drenaje por toda la habitación y después comprobé que era todo el piso, ya no pude conciliar el sueño por las nauseas y el mal olor. el baño muy resbaloso sin agarraderas. No vale el costo beneficio.

El hotel es bonito, tiene buena ubicación, tiene lugar de estacionamiento, sus jardines preciosos y las habitaciones bonitas y limpias. Les falta seguridad en la entrada y un botones quien te reciba las maletas, la chica de recepcion le falta calidez en su trato. El buffet de la mañana rico y variado. En general si lo recomiendo.

No disfrute la estancia

No hay respeto al huésped, no servían los teléfonos interiores y no se nos informó al momento del check in, el día que estuvimos hubo una fiesta en el jardín y duró hasta las 2:00 am , la música y micrófonos altísimos , no pudimos descansar y al presentar la queja en recepción ni siquiera una disculpa por parte del personal . Las habitaciones lucen cansadas , mejor averiguar antes de hospedarte si tendrán evento ; pues tengo la certeza le dan más prioridad a sus eventos de A&B que a sus huéspedes .

Una joya de hotel que vale la pena conocer. Está a 8kms del centro de Tequisquiapan pero llegar ahí vale la pena! Buen servicio
