I definitely recommend this hotel, the Spa is awesome! Did a massage super profesional really enjoyed it. Service is fenomenal and the food is superb! Super clean room, nice pool and amenities. A short drive to downtown shops and fun!

Great experience.

Comfortable, few people, incredible SPA service, great restaurant, good beverages on the pool side. The Jacuzzi is warm due solar grids, the pool temperature is natural, no artificial warm, therefore a bit fresh but not cold.

Las habitaciones son agradables y buenas para ir en familia, solo necesita un poco más de limpieza en baño, la alberca está bien a temperaturas variadas, ya donde requería calentar más estaba más caliente, el personal amable, el desayuno buffet muy básico y un poco grasoso. Pero si lo recomiendo esta bonito.

En general el Hotel tiene buenas instalaciones. El personal es atento y servicial, Felicidades. Sin embargo experimenté que tienen deficiencias en el número de personal que limpia los cuartos y hubo un día en que no limpiaron la habitación, también falta aumentar en el menú en lo referente a snacks y alimentos con vegetales.

El hotel esta muy bien, está recién remodelado y se siente nuevo. Las instalaciones son de las mejores que yo conozco de Tequisquiapan. La Alberca con agua caliente. Y la relación precio/calidad es muy buena. Tal vez mejoraría un poco la carta, no es el mejor restaurante sin ser malo pero siento que le falta un poco de sazón

En la app de Expedia dice que se paga al llegar al lugar pero te hacen el cobro 3 días antes. El wifi es lento. El agua del jacuzzi estaba fría. El desayuno es café o té y huevos al gusto. El spa increíble.
