This is a basic 3 star hotel. It does not offer any meals or food of any description. For example not even a vending machine. No tea/coffee machines in rooms, just a jug of coffee in reception area The staff were very good. Location right in city centre, easy walking distance to many tourist sites. In general, good value for money, but don't expect anything more than basic sleeping facilities only

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lugar, su ubicación es excepcional, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, está en una zona segura y puedes caminar a donde quieras. El único inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento, pero tienen un convenio con un estacionamiento a unas calles. Definitivamente volveré a elegirlo cuando vaya a Querétaro.

Fue una experiencia terrible ya que se filtro mi información personal despues de haber hecho el chek in y me empezaron a extorcionar por teléfono y marcandome sin parar a media noche diciendome que hablaba el gerente del hotel y que un carro alas afueras del hotel habian c encontrado armas y que tenia que salir de mi habiatancion por que la policia tenia que hacer unas pregunta.. y yo colge por que me asuste y pense que me harian algo y me empezaron a amezar por mensaje de WhatsApp que iban a tener que sacarme de la habitacion por las malas. Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido nunca habia sentido tanto miedo. Y leyendo los comentario despues de lo sucedido del hotel que la mayoria hablan buenas cosas. Encontre uno que le paso exanmente lo mismo que ami donde dice que se filtro su información y lo estaban extorcionando y claramente no es la primera vez y es muy lamentable

Muy bonito y cómodo. Estaría muy bien contemplaran un estacionamiento para huéspedes. Si bien puede no haber más espacio en el terreno, podrían hacer acuerdos con los estacionamientos públicos de los alrededores para descuentos o similar.
