I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

The property is beautiful, breakfasts are delicious, but they had a very big event, and lots of laughter and yelling past 2 am. They are a great place for conventions, but they have to take into account that the noise is unbearable in the rooms.

Grand Hacienda and Pickleball

We played in a pickleball tournament onsite, so the hotel was a great choice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the grand hacienda style is amazing. I will definitely stay here again when in Queretaro.
