Excelente opción en Tequisquiapan! Vamos por trabajo a San Juan del Río, nos gusta mucho cenar en el hotel y trabajar en el jardín, muy recomendable.

El Hotel está bonito, con muy buen mantenimiento y atención del personal. Súper bien ubicado y los tours que tomamos de allí excelentes. Muy recomendable. El restaurant es bueno también, pero si no quieres comer siempre allí; hay múltiples opciones en el centro que está a 2 cuadras aproximadamente. El jardín hermoso. Muy contentos de haber escogido llegar aquí .

They barely clean the rooms. The rooms look in order at first, but there were tons of sone previous guest's hairs, the closet was dusty, there were several insects roaming around in the bathroom. They don't have a "do not disturb " sign, so the housekeepers need to knock on the doors, hence disturbing the guests. Front desk staff are very friendly, but the massage service is terrible. The garden and the pool are very nice

La fachada, el lobby y restaurante es estilo moderno y muy bonito, pero las habitaciones están muy viejas y descuidadas. Nos hospedamos en un cuarto de cama king y dos camas individuales. Hay solo una tele la cual solo la puede ver la cama king, las camas individuales no tienen tele. Hay una mesa en el cuarto donde está la cafetera pero no hay enchufe donde conectarla, la tuvimos que llevar a un buró y aparte, la jarra de la cafetera no corresponde a esa cafetera lo cual hace que tengamos que subir la jarra mientras se llena pues necesita estar apretando un botón la cual no aprieta por su tamaño. El baño de la habitación si está para llorar, no hay donde poner nada de objetos personales de baño. El lavabo es demasiado bajo, yo mido 1.60 y me tenía que agachar y como es muy estrecho mis pompas tenían que estar contra la puerta al agacharme. También si alguien se baña y alguien usa el escusado después se moja todo pues no se llega a ir el vapor por la poca ventilación. También tiene un problema de moho que si no lo atienden a tiempo se extenderá. Para los $3,000 y tantos que nos costó una noche no lo vale. No usamos las instalaciones comunes por lo que no puedo opinar. Les sugiero renovar las habitaciones.

Lo único que no me gustó es que el cuarto era muy oscuro y muy pequeño para tres personas. No había luz cercana al clóset y eso era un poco incómodo, Pero por lo demás, todo bien y pasamos tres días de descanso muy a gusto

La atencion del personal de recepción fue muy grosero. No nos querian dar la llave hasta que el valet acabara de acomodar todos los coches. Nos rayaron la camioneta en el estacionamiento y no nos dieron solución. Lo demas, x. Sin nada destacable. La habitación no tiene vasos y solo una botella de agua.
