A very nice hotel. The rooms were beautiful and I really loved the lighting. The staff could have been more friendly. The included breakfast was average but overall, I liked the property and it was right next to plaza de armas.

We really didn’t know what to expect. We purchased this hotel stay as a bundle with a flight and just hoped for the best. You exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant was clean and the food and service was great. You all made our stay comfortable and special. We hope to return soon! Thank you!

The hotel is an architectural tour of force… A contemporary adaptation of a Colonial property that presents the best of both worlds. Really fine Stonework in public areas in the new parts. The included breakfast was à la carte and excellent. Personnel were gracious and professional at every turn. What a great place to stay in the heart of the historical center.

It was awesome! Upon arrival they greeted us at the door and carry our language once in the check in desk they provided us with refreshing water, it was delicious. Personal is very attentive to guess questions and needs. When we were checking out, the lady on the desk call an Uber for us. Excellent hotel, location and personal.

Very nice hotel located in the old city center where there is a restaurant about every half blocks and endless sites to see. The staff was knowledgable and could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately, I was there for only two nights but I would love to spend more time in the city and I would certainly choose this hotel again.

The location is great for walking around. It's clean, spacious and in a safe location. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast that's included has limited in options (chilaquiles or omelet). I have stayed here a couple of times. It's my favorite out of the 5 hotels I have stayed at in the area.
