The hotel location is great, near to cafes, antiques & arts and crafts stores. Loved how close the public squares in the historic center were! The breakfast is good and the size of the room is comfortable. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which kept disconnecting By the way the “mono azul cafe” within a walkable distance offers great coffe and a view to the city aqueduct.

Breakfast was nice and they even packed a sincronizada for me to take one morning when I had to leave early. The hotel has the amenities you'd expect and the bed was comfortable. The shower is bizarre. There's a bulky jet massage unit on the wall, but it squirts onto the glass door of the shower, getting water all over the floor. The pictures of this hotel make it seem like a tranquil retreat recessed from the street by a long corridor. But in fact, the lobby of the hotel hosts a large cafe and that corridor wall is really a large display case, which doesn't muffle the sound. The hotel was also next to a lively nightclub, so I got noise from the cafe during the day and pounding through the walls from the club during the night. It made for a pretty restless stay.

We have been staying here at least twice a year for four years. We have noticed a bit of a decline, maybe a change of ownership. We didn’t have hit water in the room for some time although they did remedy it and we arrived later than usual and had no parking nearby. We love that it is pet friendly. We are disappointed in the change of restaurant. We were there when they built the first one and it was so beautiful and classy and the food was delicious and now it is garish orange and basically a fast food burger joint but the area is safe beautiful and convenient. The staff is always very nice
