We arrived and checked in. I was led to believe by Expedia that the hotel was in/near Tequisquiapan, however it was nearly 1/2 hr away. It was beside a busy highway and across the street from a mall, not the quiet resort I expected. There was a large wedding going on and the 12 piece mariachi band played in front of our window. Music from the wedding reception room played. The staff were cordial but unsympathetic. We checked out less than 1/2 hr later and no refund was offered.

Nos asignaron primero una habitación que no tenía TV, se solicitó el cambio y nos cambiaron a otra habitación, sábado 8 am de la mañana estaban trabajando personal del mismo hotel frente a la habitación del lado del jardín con un taladro, el ruido nos despertó … Por último en la habitación en el baño teníamos una lagartija que tuvimos que hablar que nos ayudaran a sacarla para no hacerle daño. Ya nos habíamos hospedado en este hotel y todo bien, ahora si nos tocaron varios detalles y la experiencia cambió de buena, a mala !!
