The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. We were traveling with a service dog. The location is ideal to visit the town. Beautiful hotel! We will return!

The hotel was not prepared for so many visitors. There were not enough heaters, it was freezing cold, the water was not hot and the pressure was horrible. The lights kept on going out.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal es sumamente amable, las habitaciones son amplias y la limpieza es impecable. El único detalle es que se escucha el ruido de la calle pero afortunadamente termina temprano en la noche y se puede dormir bien

Esta ubicada en el centro de Bernal y las recamaras que dan a la calle, sufren de bastante ruido por las noches, el sábado por la noche fue insoportable, ya que en la calle estuvieron bebiendo y con el volumen del sonido altísimo, no pudimos descansar. El drenaje de la regadera del cuarto estaba tapada y despedía un olor muy desagradable el cuarto no contaba con chapa de seguridad en general muy mala experiencia. Un hotel no recomendable

Excelente servicio, el personal es muy amable y atento, pero la verdad esperaba más. No había agua caliente, al parecer hubo problemas con el boiler pero el caso es que un día tuve que bañarme con agua fría. El hotel está en el primer piso y no hay elevador, así que no lo recomiendo si llevan personas mayores o con problemas para subir escaleras.
