Staff ignored me and checked in 3 sports teams when many of them came in after me. Zero towels in room upon check in, took a while. Shower head so mineralized, could not move it. Only a few water jet holes open, so the rest would drill painfully into your skin. Not the hotel's fault, but you can wait 30-40 minutes for a taxi.

The hotel is ok. The street noise in the hotel room was too loud and kept you from sleeping. The first night we were in the second floor and noise of the traffic didn’t stop until 3 o 4am. We requested to move to a higher floor and it was much better. If you are sensitive to loud noise this is not your hotel. We request the 4th or 5th floor and it was bad but I took a sleeping pill. The personal was extremely helpful and kind.

Todo está súper bien, excelente ubicación e instalación. Solamente que la televisión ya es muy vieja, se deben de modernizar y poner Smart TV'S en pleno 2025, no agarra el canal 2,5 y 7 que son básicos. Y algo que si me pareció muy malo es que no tienes conecciones a lado de la cama
