I had a really bad experience. I made the reservation an hour before to arrive and at the time we (my familiy & I) arrived they take a long time in order to gave us the access to our room, then when we arrived to the room the key doesn’t work and I had to return to lobby to fix it and then when I open the door we found it really dirty, nobody cleaned it prior another person came. It was the worse thing I’ve ever had in an hotel.

Upon arrival, I realized I made a mistake in room type. Die that my stay was for recuperation of a surgery, I needed a room with two beds and by mistake I reserved a room with one bed. Upon check in I realized the mistake and went directly to the reception and asked politely if I could change rooms. I am an executive for a large hotel chain so I understand the process when reserving with Expedia. The staff at the front desk, although very polite, could not help. I offered to pay the fee for the change and they said they could not proceed. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was never contacted by a supervisor and therefore was denied the change in room for the 7 nights of my stay which made it very uncomfortable for my recovery. Also the inroom cleaning service and re-supply is non existant and you are charged for everything. All and all, staff very polite but non helpfull at all.
