Llegamos en la noche y el chico que nos atendió muy amable, hasta nos guardó unos quesos en el refri. Cuenta con amplio estacionamiento en la parte trasera, las zonas comunes están muy lindas y tranquilas, el uso es hasta las 10pm, pero se agradece para poder descansar. En la noche salimos a buscar algo de cenar, no está muy iluminado pero realmente es tranquilo y seguro, debes recordar que es un pueblo, no una gran ciudad. Enfrente venden postres, en la esquina hay una tienda muy surtida y a 10 min caminando está la calle principal, dónde hay Oxxo, cajero, panaderías y tacos. La habitación fue pequeña pero limpia, reconfortante y tenía lo básico, agua para tomar, papel de baño, shampoo y jabón corporal, nos dejaron una cobija extra para el frío, tenía una pequeña pantalla y el wifi funcionó sin problemas, con buena señal. Afuera de la habitación había un horno de microondas de uso común, nos encantó. Hay habitaciones a las que tienes que acceder por las escaleras, pero si hay dificultad en la movilidad, recomiendo marcar previo y preguntar cuáles están en planta baja para evitar problemas. Nos hemos hospedado en otros lugares en Bernal, pero por el costo en comparación con las amenidades, definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar ahí.

La habitación no estaba tan limpia. Las piedras en el lavamanos me parece que no es nada higiénico, ya que allí uno se lava los dientes, escupe,se limpia la nariz… etc A las 10 pm apagaron todas las luces en las áreas comunes, donde se reúne los huéspedes para conversar, tomar aire fresco, compartir con otras personas, no estoy de acuerdo con esa normativa, a parte que es demasiado temprano para mandar a uno a dormir prácticamente.
