Really nice hotel, cozy feel and very well maintained. A block away from jardin zenea. Very quiet area. There is a beautiful church right next to the hotel. I would definitively stay there again.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown, and it is quiet. An architectural beauty, in a remodeled old building and part of a church. Very interesting style. Nice place to watch a game, have some food or drinks.

Our stay in this property was excellent. Only detail is that we decided to eat dinner at its restaurant one evening and had to return the Lasagna ordered because it was burned and so rubbery it could not be cut. The room and staff were very good though. I would stay here again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Casa Postal Hotel Boutique. The room was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and the bathroom was beautifully decorated with brand new shower and super white clean towels and bathroom amenities. The coffee and tea maker help us start our mornings with renew spirit and energy. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance from Querétaro Centro. Definitively we’ll come back to this amazing property.

Service was very good, mattresses and pillows very, very firm, linens average, noisy - smoke alarms low on battery in the hallway chirping loudly all night, every night. Nice coffee shop and restaurant attached to hotel. Hotel location is good.
