Brand new hotel with extremely friendly staff, clean and neat rooms, and nice amenities. I find the rate per night to be high for what is offered; I would say it is overpriced by over $1,000 per night. Some of the amenities are still not activated; there is no coffee service in the rooms or available in the hotel, so you have to drive to the nearest convenience store to get coffee or snacks.

Es un espacio muy bello, muy cuidado y con un muy buen servicio! Las albercas limpias y climatizadas lo único que sumaría sería poner una escalera de acceso y salida en la alberca profunda fue muy incómodo salir de ella !

Referente a atencion del personal, e instalaciones del hotel, muy bien. MALO.-Relice en su pagina WEB del hotel la reservacion y el pago por $ 2,587.50 pesos con cargo a mi tarjeta de credito y en Recepcion del hotel al registrame, iniciaron una devolucion del importe cobrado a mi tarjeta de credito y que se me reflejara en mi estado de cuenta a mas tardar en u n periodo no mayor de 2 semanas. Y me aplicaron un nuevo cargo con un sobre precio del pago original por la cantidad de $ 3,092.50, comentandome que fue por su aplicacion de Hoteles.com.
