La atención del personal estuvo excelente, Amabilidad y cortesía por parte del personal del hotel. Ahora se encuentra en arreglos la calle a un costado del hotel y hay mucho tráfico, pero es algo ajeno al hotel.

Lo bueno es que esta nuevo. Los colchones de las camas son de hospital o motel. Duras y con una cubierta plástica muy gruesa, cero confort. Muy incomodas para dormir y no descansas. Alimentos .- el burrito: la carne más pellejuda qué he probado, aparte no es un burrito, es un grap. El personal de todo el hotel no tiene ni la experiencia ni capacitación en servicio.

Cuando llegue no había control de la televisión, en la madrugada que entré al baño me di cuenta que la manija no estaba bien y la puerta no cerraba correctamente aún así lo cerré y me quedé atorado 2 hora y media en el baño sin celular ni gritando me hubieran encontrado hasta que fueran a ver porque no contestaba, al principio me dio un ataque de ansiedad porque no llegaba bien el oxígeno y hacía calor, después de rato me calmé intenté ver cómo poder abrir la puerta y ahí con lo que me encontré en el baño y tras varios rasguños y cortadas pude, como comenté eso fue en la madrugada por lo cual la verdad ya no quise decir nada dormí un poco y hice checkout a las 7:00 am, ahí decía que incluía un desayuno (el cual no vi nada de eso) pero en fin, el lugar está bonito, pero para entrar está horrible lleno de baches, la entrada estaba llena de piedras y hasta se me bajó una llanta me di cuenta en la mañana y pasé a que la parcharan ahí cerca había una vulcanizadora. No regresaría pero está bien el lugar.
