I like the check in process on this property. The staff was very helpful too. There are a few restaurants nearby but going to the towns of Quepos or Manuel Antonio requires an uber but is very cheap. You can order food too via fiesta express.

Cute cabaña with kitchen. We didn't cook, but used the frig. Beds very comfortable, AC worked well (and was needed). Host was fun and gave good information. We were a little worried about it being right next to the road to Manuel Antonio, but very little sound came inside. "Resident" iguana and frequent squirrel monkey visits. Recommend.

Great stay! We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great stay. We were welcomed by a family of monkeys when we first got there. Super cool ! Renata was very welcoming and helpful. The room was great with a little kitchenette which we used every morning for coffee and breakfast - perfect location to go to Manuel Antonio or Quepos, as it is right in between. Another plus was the place next door also has live music on Friday nights so easy walk for lively entertainment. Pool was a perfect way to end a busy day of exploring the towns around us. Very refreshing - plus some great wild life around the property. Highly recommend!

Well maintained place. Bus stops in front of hotel makes it convenient to take public transportation to Manuel Antonio/Quepos, where parking can be challenging. This is adult only resort.

Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on accuracy.

Coming Back Again and Again!

This is a hidden gem amongst the crowd of choices in Manuel Antonio. You will see more wildlife here than walking though the park. (Still go to the park!) The entire staff is are incredible example of Costa Rican hospitality. Treat this as your home. You will read in other reviews about a loud street. If you have ever done any traveling abroad, the noise is nothing that will keep you up.

Vernita was incredible. We talked about different cultures, and had a very interesting conversation. She recommended a place to eat dinner, and it was good. I walked down the hill, a couple of times, to Quepos. It was a nice place, and everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. I saw two red Macaws fly overhead. It was a sight to see. I would recommend the place to people that don’t want to stay in a hotel. It’s safe, and secure.

This property is at an intersection on a main road and a bus stop shelter built into the facade in front of the hotel. Lots of steps to climb so keep that in mind with luggage. It is not near any markets or restaurants. Some rooms are renovated and others are not. The sliding doors have no screens and there and no privacy sheers. The unit was clean as well as the pool area and the manager was a rock star.
