The hotel and rooms were very clean. Cute hotel in the middle of town. Easy to walk to everything and easy bus ride to Manuel Antonio. Very loud at night…the hotel does provide ear plugs. Breakfast was buffet and had lots to choose from. Great stay!!

Our bed had a spring coming out of it and once we got it switched it was still very uncomfortable, almost like a trampoline. Shower water was cold but tolerable. I stay at this hotel every Christmas. I love the location and the hotel it's self. THe hotel is very clean and full of smiling faces. The restaurant on the third floor offers a Buffet style breakfast and it is delicious.

Our stay at the Best Western was mostly functional, as we used the hotel mainly for sleeping. On the day of arrival, we did notice some cockroaches in the bathroom, and the hotel itself feels old; the door to our room had visible cracks, which stood out. Breakfast was acceptable; nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. One positive aspect is the private parking lot owned by the hotel, located across the street, which is secured with a metal door and lock and has space for around ten cars. Another big convenience is the location, as many tours offer pickup directly from the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
